No, the MultiCard Commander IV is not compatible with Windows 10 64bit primarily because there is no website to acquire it from which could also mean that it has been discontinued from development.
I've searched the websites and other links found on various forums, but it was all for nothing. In the current state, MultiCard Commander IV is discontinued and unavailable. The compatibility with Windows 10 doesn't exist as well.
