This application comes bundled with your device. It's bundled on the CD that you use to install additional software and drivers. There is no download for Windows 10 or news that says it will come to Windows 10 or not. I have tried finding news or information about this, but there is none. You need to have HP Update and HP Photo Imaging installed, then launch HP Update and check for updates. If HP Photo Imaging will be launched, that's the way of obtaining it.
