You should look in the Help section of the ShowCAD Artist to see how to properly synchronize cues with the audio track. I've searched on the official website but didn't find anything about it.
You can also forward an inquiry to the developers to ask them about the correct procedure since I couldn't find anything on the Internet or the available websites.
