Why do I get invalid pointer error on EasyWeather?

Downloaded EasyWeather 9.2 and when I connected to the basestation I get invalid pointer error invalid database.

Firstly, you have to identify the connection method used (RS-232 or USB), then based on the connection method, install the drivers for your basestation. This is typically for EasyWeather to recognize the device you're attaching to PC.

Secondly, right click EasyWeather and go to Properties > Compatibility and choose the Run as Administrator option.

In case you still have issues with the software, reinstall it by wiping the old version from your PC first.
