This would be possible in Password Bank Vault only if the software supports multi-device connection through cloud synchronization.
Unfortunately, I've checked the description and the features of the application and it appears that you can't synchronize the content from one to the other. However, it features an Export function which means that you can export a file locally and then copy it using a USB flash drive to the other PC and Import it back.
