Does the simulator handle interrupt time management?
I don't think the simulator handles the interrupt time management feature. I've installed the software, checked its features and browsed through the available Help file in the software and couldn't find anything available.
If you want you can download the Simulator for Arduino by yourself, or reach to developers and ask this question by yourself.
