No, you can't use the GNS 480 Simulator on the iPad Pro because it doesn't support the operating system running on that device. I've downloaded and installed the application and the files were created for Windows OS, therefore you won't have the possibility to run it on the iPad.
I've searched for ways to accomplish this, but apparently, there aren't any available.
