SweetIM is an adware applications and although it's not harmful it gets detected as virus because it's using unusual ways to install. For this removal operation I recommend to use Combofix. Download and run the application and let it scan the computer. A computer restart might be necessary. Once finished, SweetIM will be completely wiped from your system along with its add-ons.
