I believe this is related to connectivity issues of the BTU meter. Since the issue is presented in a general way, I strongly suggest checking the help documents for the devices you have because I believe you'll have it explained there since all the other meters are working just find or it could be faulty as well.
I've also searched for the web for this inquiry and didn't find anything about it.
