Each printer has its own software and toolbox that you can use to diagnose and troubleshoot various aspects. Since this is an HP printer, simply go to Start and type "HP Maintenance". You'll have the possibility to open the toolbox application which contains all the necessary features to align, test printing, clean the cartridges and much more.
