This happens because of the paper size not being correctly configured. To configure and choose the correct paper size, load a label then go to Print > Print Preferences. Make sure to choose the correct format of the paper from the drop down list. You also get to see a preview of the paper and sizes on the right side in the Properties windows. Adjust the paper size to your needs and then print and everything should be fine.
