I am recommending you this because the SunEase 2000 doesn't appear to be available on the Internet. I've found on a forum that SunEase is actually a discontinued application which means that now the only possible way to obtain information on how to configure it is by looking in the installation directory because that's the first place where developers store PDF, CHM, HLP and TXT files that contain the necessary details.
