It's nowhere specified what are the differences between the versions of Quantum GIS you have mentioned above. I've checked and only the downloads are available in the repository the developers still keep for public downloading.
Access the following link and then download the packages you mentioned above. You can install each one of them and then check the Help section for release notes.
