How do I reset my ZTE phone from lock screen?

I forgot my ZTE passcode, but I have a fingerprint and it won't let me pass without a pin. How do I reset my phone from the lock screen?

Currently, there are two ways to get access to your phone:

1. Input as many error codes as PINs and eventually the phone will display a way to reset the phone (factory reset or PIN recovery using email)

2. Visit a local phone service shop and they should remove the lock from the screen to access its desktop and settings, then you'll be able to change the lock methods.
