Yes, but not directly. You will have to emulate it through Wine.
Issue the following commands in terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa -y
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wine
Once it completes, download Nudi and install it. It doesn't matter if it's for Windows, because Wine will detect it automatically and install it. Now, either install Microsoft Office or LibreOffice.
