I've installed it and it works normally on Windows 10, but for maximum compatibility I suggest disabling Driver Enforcement while you finish the procedure with your phone.
When enabled, Driver Enforcement prevents installation of unsigned drivers that weren't checked by Microsoft.
To disable this option, follow this: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
After the Driver Enforcement has been disabled, download Nokia Software Updater for Retail and continue its installation.
