Unfortunately, that's impossible to say because the ADP KCML Unicode Client doesn't appear to be available anymore. This could simply indicate that it has been discontinued and no support is provided which indeed this is the case. I've accessed and visited multiple websites and couldn't find anything about this software.
In the current state, ADP KCML Unicode Client is an incompatible application with Windows 10 OS.
