Database Professional appears to be a commercial application. This means you won't get support or anything related to version info, updates, or downloads because you have to acquire it first. The software appears on the Avanquest website. They're selling it and just as I thought, nothing is available for troubleshooting.
Also, there are some system requirements posted on that page as well, but here they are posted as well. As you can see Windows 10 doesn't appear to be supported which means that you should try compatibility mode or running Windows XP in a virtual machine.
