After some extensive searching, I've realized that EVRS Biometric might not be available at all. There is no website to obtain it from and the developers don't offer anything on their website. The products and services are targeted at other businesses and development.
Given this situation, I couldn't really say if the software is compatible with the Windows 10 or not. If you have the setup package, right click it and choose Run as Administrator. Eventually, go to Properties > Compatibility and select a previous version of Windows.
