It seems that the application has not been updated for a very long time and as I can see it requires Adobe Reader 3.x and the actual version is 10.0. As you can see the program is still the same as you used it and regarding a Mac version, I am afraid that is not available. Of course, you could try and run the application using a virtualized operating system like Windows XP but you will still have the same application like in the past.
