You should look for the import function found in the PrintMaster Platinum. Some apps have an Import function that will automatically recognize older version of the files. You should begin with that.
Alternatively, check the file format exported/saved by these two applications and then try to import or open it. Additionally, get in touch with the developers because they might provide additional information.
