No, BabelMap is not compatible with the Mac OSX, but you can run it with the help of virtualization or WineBottler (an app that launches Windows programs while the Mac OSX is also running in the background).

Download WineBottler and then load the BabelMap into the application by following the instructions.

You can also try virtualization installing Windows with the help of Bootcamp or Parallels Desktop.

No, BabelMap is only available for Windows. There are no plans for a Mac version.
