I don't think that 3D Apps Intelligent PDF Publisher for CADWorx is available anymore. I've searched the web, but couldn't find a single trace about it.
It's most likely to be discontinued without any possibility to buy it anymore. You might want to contact the developers of CADWorx in order to get the necessary information about supported and available plugins.
