I can't see all the entries in the Biplot (only 7 genotypes of 72) although when I open the Excel file GGEbiplot recognizes 72 rows. Can you tell me where I'm wrong?

Look in the installation folder of this application to see the available help and documentation, because I didn't find anything on the web related to your inquiry. I've also found a page on the developers website called Biplot Analysis Instructions. The page contains all the necessary information about the analysis procedure and what needs to be done.

I suggest accessing the page of GGEbiplot to see the instructions I am talking about.
