The USB port has a connection with the drivers installed and Sonic Stage does this operation when you install it. Please use its uninstaller and remove the application off your computer, then restart your computer and when you come back to desktop try and install Sonic Stage again. This application had some problems in the past with USB ports and drivers and the best way to fix this is to download a new version of the software because among the proper installation, the drivers will also be installed from scratch.
