I've downloaded and installed version 8.2(4.10.2011) on Windows 10 64bit and it's working normally without errors. I can't fully test it since it requires a device attached to PC, but based on the initial experience I can say that it works and will work with your device.
When installing SpectrumLink, right click its setup package and choose Run as Administrator. This enables the installer to copy all the necessary files into their original place.
