The SQS application is not compatible with the Mac OSX operating system. The only download points to an EXE file which indicates that's for Windows. You can run it on Mac with the help of WineBottler. WineBottler allows you to run Windows applications on Mac.
Download WineBottler then follow its instructions to run the SQS. The SQS is available for download from the following page.
