You can download a new trial of Garden Planner and install it on the laptop. The license is shareware which means that you might have to buy a new license for your 2nd installation, unless the one that you already have supports multiple installations.
If you need to have the same content on laptop as well, then simply export it from Garden Planner. To transfer it to the laptop, copy the contents to a USB flash drive.
