Please help me switch my software to a new computer.

I purchased Photo Impact Pro a while ago, installed it on my laptop and absolutely love it. My problem is I recently got a new laptop (3 in 1) that does not have a CD-rom. Is it possible to download my software on my new PC without using the CD to install it?

No, you can't download the application because its license is listed as Commercial. Commercial means that you have to pay for the software and then the goods are available for downloading or they will shipped to you (depends on the website).
