Buying new laptop, need minimum requirements to run Quantum IR software.

Question

I have the Quantum software and SQL server loaded on my old laptop from 2003. I am buying a new laptop today, and wanted to know what the minimum requirements are to run the Quantum IR software. I imagine if a 14 year old laptop can handle it, than probably any new laptop will. It says size 2.51KB and size on disk 4.00KB, under properties, but is there anything else I should know about minimum requirements, before I buy my new laptop?

The developers of the Quantum IR don't have anything about system requirements on the official website. The software is there, but to actually find out more about it, you'll have to send them an email asking specifically for this data.
