Unfortunately, it's impossible to provide the system requirements for this application because there is no website configured to hold it. I have used various search engines to look for the application including the developer's one, but no result was available.
If you have the setup package of the software, right click it and apply a compatibility tweak. Install it normally, then access the installation directory where developers might place README files with the system requirements.
