It's a bit hard to say if Kundali 5.5 is compatible with the Windows 10 64bit because there is no download link available which means that testing is impossible.
However, if you have a setup package, then simply right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Enable the compatibility mode, then select a previous version of the Windows operating system. Tick the Run as Administrator box as well.
