I've seen on the ASUS website that ArcSoft TV 5.0 is compatible and it's running on Windows 8, but that's as closest it can get to Windows 10.
If you have the software and the drivers, disable Driver Enforcement in Windows 10 and then install the software and the driver. If Windows shows a warning dialog, simply accept it and continue with the operation. Also check with your vendor to see if he released new driver and software for Windows 10.
Use this to disable Driver Enforcement: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
