I opened the G5.0 every time and a small window appears below.
"Runtime Error! Program: ....ram Files(x86)\Arcsoft\Arcsoft TV5.0\TotalMediaTV5.exe Abnormal program termination"

In most of the cases, this is an error that's directly related to the Visual Runtime C++ packages installed on your computer. You either lack them or the ones that you have are not the correct ones for the application, therefore you have to reinstall them.
You can download the Visual Runtime C++ packages through the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003
Install from 2005 up to 2012 and then reboot the PC. When it comes back, start the software and it should work properly.
