I've installed a copy of Church Organizer Pro on my computer and then access its database and functions to see if it supports Membership Plus, but apparently there is no trace about it.
Also, I've seen that the software works with DBF file formats which means that if you can export the content from Membership Plus to DBF, then you can use it.
