Lenovo Photo Master just indexes the photos from your hard drive which means that you'll find them in the same place as you originally keep your photos.
Use the tree on the left side to see where are the images stored on the hard drive, then you can open Windows Explorer to navigate to their location to copy or move them.
Lenovo Photo Master is more of an image viewer with a few functions.
