To download the Double-Clicker application, simply access its application's page at Software Informer page and click on the Download button. Wait a few seconds and a prompt will appear to save the installation package.
When installing, make sure to use Run As Administrator then carefully configure it so it won't go into a double-click loop like I did and had issues trying to stop it.
