Do I need Clicker Server to send signals?

It's a nice program that I like, but how you send signals? Is there another app called "Clicker Server"?

It's impossible to say if you need a Clicker Server or not because the website that was supposed to offer information about it, contains something else that has no connection with Clicker Client. This also means that Clicker Client is now discontinued without any mention if or when will it come back.

I've visited various websites through Google Search and it appears that nothing could be found about this.
