I've searched the web, but could't find anything about the CCLAS EL software and the way it works. There is mentioned a developer and I've used its name to track its website, but without success. If you have the software installed, then go to the installation folder and look for user guides and manuals in CHM and PDF format.
Alternatively, go to Help > Contents and look through the available topics.
