Printing is usually influenced by the type of document or picture you're trying to print. For example, if you choose an image with rich colors and outstanding quality, then the printer will take some time before it can reproduce it. If you go to the Print menu and access the Print Preferences, you'll have the chance to choose the printing quality and mode.
Also, on the official website, this product is listed with 18 seconds printing time for color pages with resolution up to 4800 x 1200 optimized DPI color. Therefore, I believe this is normal to happen when printing such images. I don't think HP Print Utility has any effect here.
