What material to assign the air space between storm window and exterior window?

Hello, I am trying to study the effects of placing a storm window behind a old curtain wall in THERM. I have read through the simulation manual, but am still confused as to what "material" I should assign the air space between the storm window and the single glazed curtain wall. Should this just be a new material "frame cavity" set to NFRC "cavity model"?
