I've installed Magic Numpad to check if it's using the Internet for activation and apparently it works in the offline mode. However, I've visited the official website of the developers and their domain is undergoing maintenance. I wasn't able to reach the contact pages.

The serial number that you have is either expired or wrong and the best way to troubleshoot this issue is through a direct contact with the developers. There is also no alternative to this application.
