You can install the application only if you have the installation package because the official website is now discontinued. I've tried to download the setup package from the Internet, but couldn't find a website to do it.
Also, if you have it installed on your computer, use a USB flash drive big enough to hold the installation folder and simply Copy and Paste it on the new computer. Eventually, copy the installation folder in the same location as it previously was installed.
