If the error doesn't disappear after you restart the device, then I simply recommend using the iTunes application on Windows or Mac. You could try to retrieve the details from those operating systems.
If you encounter issues on the desktop versions of iTunes, then go to Edit > Preferences > Advanced and Reset Cache.
It's known this issue disappeared after the above method was used. Alternatively, visit a local iPhone Shop and ask about the errors you're having since they can connect to the account and see the errors.
