Your photos have to be in BMP, TIFF, JPG, or PNG file format so that Lenovo Photo Master to recognize them. If you have RAW image files, then another application is required. For example, Adobe Lightroom works with the RAW files. These files are images at their pure quality without modification. You can tweak and customize them as you please. This could be a reason why the Lenovo Photo Master refuses to import the files or the files are corrupted and they can't be recognized by the Photo Master's engine.
