Please unplug the device from your computer and uninstall its supporting software. Remove it using Add or Remove programs's section found in Control Panel and then restart your computer. As I can see, the USB stick uses the browser to configure and connect to the Internet. It seems that the settings were altered, thus, giving you errors of an improper software configuration.
Plug the USB in another port of the computer and install its software and then connect to the Internet. You will notice that the error is gone and everything works in a proper way.
