If you manage to create a list with the links on that website, then yes, it should work. You have to add the full link to the file that you are trying to download. Pasting a link to a directory won't do anything, and Free Download Manager will only save an index.html page instead.
After installing Free Download Manager, go to Settings and include the extension into your browser to make downloading more convenient.
