Multimedia computer (Pentium 1.6GHz or better)
Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8, including 64-bit
RAM: as recommended for your system
~100 MB free hard disk space
1024 by 768 pixel or larger display
CD-ROM drive (CD version only)
As you can see, Windows 10 is missing from that list. Unfortunately, I can't test the latest version of RulesMaster Pro since its license is commercial and requires purchasing before you can actually install it on your PC.
