No, by default the software wasn't developed to support Windows 10. This is even mentioned on the official website.
Access this link and you'll see that it runs only on Windows 7 and Windows 8. However, you can try running it in Windows 10 with the Compatibility mode available. Right-click the setup package, then go to Properties > Compatibility and select Windows 7 from the list.
