Can it convert PDF file to Musescore file and then edit it afterwards?

Can it convert PDF file to Musescore file and then edit it afterwards? Back in 2015 it could not be done.

As you can see in the image below, you can import a PDF file to edit it, but I've installed the application and when I click on the Import PDF, it opens a page that requires a username and password.

You need to download version 2.1.0 of MusicScore to be able to import PDF files.
